Branch Manager£45,000 per annum + bonusBased in KT A well-established and successful door installation company is looking to recruit an experienced Branch Manager to lead its branch.This is a hands-on role within a small but busy team, ideal for someone with strong leadership, sales, and operational experience who enjoys being involved in day-to-day branch activities.Key ResponsibilitiesManaging the daily operation of the branchLeading and supporting a team of 5 staffHandling customer enquiries and salesAnswering incoming calls and responding to emailsDealing with customers face to faceProcessing orders and scheduling installationsCo-ordinating deliveries and checking goods against delivery notesSupporting the installation team where required (manual handling involved)Essential Skills and ExperiencePrevious management or supervisory experienceStrong sales and customer service skillsExcellent written and verbal communicationGood organisational and time-management skillsIT literateStrong attention to detailAbility to work as part of a teamFull UK driving licence (maximum 3 points)Desirable ExperienceExperience within garage doors, construction, builders'' merchants, or home improvement sectorsWorking HoursMonday - Friday: 7:30am - 5:00pmSaturday: 9:00am - 12:30pm (rota basis)Benefits£45,000 per annumMonthly, quarterly and annual performance-related bonusCompany carCompany mobile phone5 weeks paid holiday + bank holidaysCompany pension schemeCompany cash health planFriendly ..... full job details .....
