Consult Energy is looking for a Senior Finance Manager to join a thriving Energy business, leading a small team of Senior Analysts, partnering with senior business leaders to drive performance, reporting on Gross Margin (£100m+) and Opex (£30m). What you ll be doing: Act as a trusted finance business partner to the business area leadership team. Lead accurate forecasting and reporting for Gross Margin, Opex and Balance Sheet items. Support strategic planning. Provide expert challenge, insight and decision support to improve EBITDA and cash outcomes. Champion continuous improvement, using tools to drive efficiency. Build and execute the team strategy while fostering team development. What you ll bring: Qualified accountant with strong post-qualification experience. Proven leader of high-performing finance business partnering teams. Skilled at turning complex financials into clear, actionable insight. Confident influencer with excellent stakeholder management skills. Comfortable operating in fast-changing, competitive markets. Prior experience in the Energy sector would be beneficial.
