As a Quantity Surveyor, you''ll support the commercial management of various aspects of the contract - from emergency repairs and incident response to routine maintenance and minor improvement schemes. Your day to day will include: Provide commercial expertise to contracts, to include the production and submission of applications for payment, claims, budget monitoringAssess, review and mitigate commercial and contractual risks and implement Kier Group''s policies for risk managementEffectively manage supply chain, raising orders, assessing applications and variations, and agreeing final accounts What are we looking for?
