Key Responsibilities US/UK Crossover and International Tax: Advise on US/UK tax friction, non-resident entertainer withholding taxes, double tax treaties, and international residency/domicile matters. Mixed Tax Portfolio Management: Oversee tax compliance and advisory across corporate entities, complex groups, trusts, and UHNW individuals. High-Level Advisory: Partner directly with leadership on bespoke IHT planning, cross-border estate structuring, and film/TV tax incentive credits.
