Temporary HR Administrator

Your new company Our client is a well-established and people-focused organisation based in St Ives, Cambridgeshire. They are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join their team on a full-time temporary basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on HR experience in a supportive and fast-paced environment. Your new role As HR Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the HR function. Working closely with the HR team, line managers, and employees, you''ll be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks that contribute to the smooth running of HR processes.Key responsibilities include:Maintaining accurate employee records and HR documentationSupporting recruitment and onboarding activitiesAssisting with training coordination and employee communicationsProcessing starters, leavers, and contractual changesLiaising with payroll and benefits providersSupporting HR reporting and general project workEnsuring compliance with internal policies and employment legislationThis role is based on-site 5 days per week and offers free parking.What you''ll need to succeed To be successful in this role, you''ll bring:Previous experience in HR administration or a similar roleStrong organisational and communication skillsAttention to detail and a proactive approachGood working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlinesA positive attitude and ..... full job details .....
