What''s on Offer: Salary: £42,500 (£20.24 per hour) Rotating AM/PM shifts: Week 1: Mon-Fri, 07:00-15:00 Week 2: Mon-Fri, 15:00-23:00 1 in 3 Sundays: 07:00-12:00 22 days holiday + bank holidays Company pension and EAP programme The Role: As a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you will: Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and continuous improvements across electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems. Respond quickly to breakdowns, carrying out effective fault-finding and defect repairs to minimise downtime. Support the transition from a reactive maintenance culture to a more proactive approach. Maintain and optimise automated machinery, including volume-picking and conveyor systems. Engage and manage external contractors, ensuring quality and safety standards are met. Assist in the delivery of technical and supply chain projects, contributing to site development and efficiency.
