The Role:As a Foot Mobile Capacity Engineer, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive MandE maintenance. Using public transport with your provided travelcard, you will navigate your designated London zone, managing your own workload and acting as a technical expert on site. Key Responsibilities:MandE Maintenance: Carry out routine PPM and reactive maintenance on all mechanical and electrical plant, including AHUs, FCUs, pumps, lighting, and power systems. Utilise the BMS to monitor and maintain optimal building conditions.Health and Safety Compliance: Operate a stringent Permit to Work (PTW) and LOTO system. Prepare and use detailed Method Statements and Risk Assessments (RAMS) for all tasks, ensuring a safe working environment at all times.Reactive and Remedial Works: Swiftly respond to and remedy plant faults, defects, and fabric-related issues.
