Brief role description The Key Account Manager will drive employer engagement across the Technology and Manufacturing Sectors. In this role you will build and develop strategic relationships with employers to create high-quality career opportunities for the Armed Forces community, including Service Leavers, Veterans, Reservists and their families. You will play a key part in connecting talented individuals with forward-thinking organisations while shaping sector-specific pathways aligned to future workforce needs. You will shape and deliver an insight-led employer engagement approach that reflects sector needs, creating meaningful opportunities across a range of roles while building strong talent pipelines.
