Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit an experienced CNC Miller Programmer, Setter and Operator to join their skilled machining team.The RoleAs a CNC Miller, you will be responsible for programming, setting and operating a variety of CNC milling machines to produce precision-engineered components to exact specifications. You will work from engineering drawings and ensure all work meets the required quality standards.Key Responsibilities Programming, setting and operating CNC milling machines.Working with a range of machine controls including Haas, Okuma and Mazak.Producing precision components in line with engineering drawings and customer specifications.Conducting first-off inspections and in-process quality checks.Selecting appropriate tooling and adjusting machine offsets where required.Ensuring machines are operating efficiently and maintaining high levels of productivity.Troubleshooting machining issues and making running adjustments as necessary.Maintaining a safe and organised work environment.
