Experience using government policy to make decisions. Experience working to strict policies and procedures. Ability to clearly articulate and justify decisions based on policy. Experienced working to tight deadlines in high pace and sensitive operational environment. Previous Casework Experience. Experience of problem solving. Stakeholder Management. Good knowledge of Data Protection. Demonstrates excellent communication and written skills. understanding of English, especially written. Competent with Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, PP, Excel, Teams etc.). Exposure to graphic/disturbing material and stories. Requirement to discuss up front with candidates to ensure they are resilient and ok with this.
