This is a fantastic opportunity for a finance professional with a strong accounting background and a proactive mindset to contribute to a busy and collaborative finance department.Key Responsibilities:Ownership of monthly management accounts, including journal postings, prepayments, and accrualsPreparation and analysis of monthly budget vs. actual costsCashflow forecasting and ongoing monitoringCompletion of inter-company reconciliations to ensure accuracy and consistencyProducing monthly cost reports for Directors and budget holdersMaintaining robust balance sheet controls through timely reconciliationsSupporting UK and Ireland payroll processes, including journal entries and reconciliationsIssuing nominal bills and reconciling inter-office and interview in accountsSupporting statutory compliance, including VAT returns and financial statementsAssisting in the preparation of annual budgets and forecastsMaintaining up-to-date budget holder records to facilitate automated spend reviews and approvalsManaging and resolving budget holder queries in a timely mannerReviewing UK and international supplier and expense payment runsAssisting in payroll reviews and payment processing for UK and international teamsSupporting audit processes by providing accurate and detailed responsesProviding support on finance projects as ..... full job details .....
