Our OEM Client based in Gaydon, is searching for a Vehicle Engineering and Integration Technical Group Leader to join their team, Inside IR35. This is a contract position with a proposed end date of 1st March 2027.Umbrella Pay Rate: £33.64 per hour.The Opportunity: Vehicle Engineering and Integration Technical Group Leader driving the development of new and existing vehicle architectures within JLR.Drive and lead the engineering integration of new and updated technologies within a vehicle zone(s) into new and existing vehicle architectures.Drive functional and attribute target delivery, acting as the voice of the customer to lead any arbitration required within the development process.Develop vehicle level end-to-end technical delivery plans for key systems, identifying inter-dependencies and maturation versus customer requirements, throughout virtual and physical test phases.Lead Technical Problem Resolution Cross-Squad / cross-Zone including escalation as required. Key Performance Indicators: Architecture and / or Programme bandwidth and definition underpinning next generation JLR vehicles and able to deliver compatible attribute, customer and business targetsSupport major project delivery through the allocation of appropriate toolsets, operations and team resources.
