Site Manager

Location: Oldham (Travel Required)

We''re recruiting on behalf of a well-established specialist contractor for an experienced Site Manager to join their growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Site Manager with experience in joinery, fit-out or refurbishment projects to join a successful business delivering high-quality commercial, hospitality, retail and leisure projects across the UK.

The Role

• Manage day-to-day site operations from start to completion.
• Coordinate subcontractors and ensure works are delivered safely, on time and to a high standard.
• Monitor programme, quality and site progress.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers and project teams.
• Ensure health and safety procedures are adhered to at all times.

About You

• Previous experience as a Site Manager within the construction industry is essential.
• Experience delivering joinery, fit-out or refurbishment projects is highly desirable.
• Valid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certificates.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel and work nationwide where required.
