You will coordinate Education, Health and Care (EHC) assessments, plans, and reviews, ensuring compliance with statutory timelines and best outcomes for pupils.Key responsibilities Support schools, settings, services, and families in applying the graduated approach to meeting SEND needsCoordinate the statutory assessment process for pupils with SEND and monitor progress against agreed outcomesWork closely with SENCos and headteachers, offering guidance and practical supportDevelop strong working relationships with internal teams and partners including SENISS, Occupational Therapy, Educational Psychology, Children''s and Adult Social Care, and Health servicesManage the EHC planning process from assessment through to placement and review for a defined group of schools/settingsEnsure statutory timescales are met for EHC plansKeep children, young people, and ..... full job details .....
