The Role We are recruiting for an experienced CNC Miller / CAD CAM Programmer to join a precision engineering company based in Slough. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled CNC machinist with strong programming experience who is confident working with Haas 3 and 5-axis machining centres and Fusion 360. Key Responsibilities Programming, setting and operating Haas CNC milling machines Working across 3-axis and 5-axis machining centres Offline CAD/CAM programming using Fusion 360 Producing components from engineering drawings and specifications Setting tooling, workholding and machining parameters Carrying out first-off inspection and ensuring components meet required tolerances Optimising existing programs, tooling and machining processes Working independently to manufacture high-quality precision components Experience Required Strong CNC milling experience Ability to program, set and operate CNC mills Experience with Haas machining centres 3-axis and ideally 5-axis machining experience Fusion 360 CAD/CAM programming experience Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings Good understanding of tooling, speeds, feeds and machining techniques Experience within precision or subcontract engineering would be advantageous Package Up to 25 per hour depending on experience Day shift Flexible working hours Permanent position Overtime opportunities subject to workload Excellent opportunity to work with 3 and 5-axis CNC technology To apply or find out more, please ..... full job details .....
