The role involves supporting learners that are not working in the main classroom setting and need additional support with their education and development. Candidate Profile Our ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience working within a pupil support setting, particularly with students displaying challenging behaviour. You will possess a compassionate, patient approach and be confident in implementing specialist behavioural strategies to support both individual learners and the wider student body. Key Responsibilities Supporting pupils with social, emotional, and behavioural needs within a secondary school environment.
