Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 6am-2pm + 2pm-10pm rotating weekly

Contract: Ongoing temporary contract, to be reviewed 31st Dec 2025

Hourly rate: -14.50ph

About the role

We are currently recruiting for an Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join our well-established client based in Mansfield. This is a great opportunity for someone with previous forklift experience who enjoys being hands-on and working as part of a supportive team.

You will be working within a dynamic company specialising in the print/mail arena. The atmosphere is a professional but fun team environment. Focusing on meeting clients'' ever-changing demands, their main workload is transactional print/mail with tight turnaround times that they pride themselves on meeting.

What you will do:

• Unloading and loading deliveries, putting stock into the main warehouse''s racking
• Daily checks of Forklift and Pallet truck machines safety points
• Receive and book in daily stock deliveries
• Complete daily stock counts and update provided systems accordingly
• Maintain stock levels of consumables daily for certain machines or factory holding areas
• Liaise with production and client services regarding stock counts and stock movement requirements
• Help to keep the production area and warehouse clean and tidy
• To assist where needed in production

Your Experience will include:

• A valid forklift counterbalance licence is required
• Ideally, experience within the print/mail arena or similar, but not essential if transferable experience
• Good verbal and communication skills
• PC Literacy is preferable
• A willingness to learn new skills
• An ability to work as part of a team in a busy environment
• An ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• A flexible and adaptable approach to work
