We are seeking a skilled and reliable Aluminium Window and Door Fabricator to join our growing team. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for the precise fabrication of aluminium frames used in residential and commercial windows and doors. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent technical ability, and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship. Key Responsibilities: Interpret technical drawings and specifications to accurately fabricate aluminium window and door systems. Cut, assemble, and finish aluminium components using saws, punches, routers, and other fabrication tools. Install gaskets, hardware, and fittings as per design requirements. Operate machinery and hand tools safely and effectively. Measure and inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and tolerances. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Work closely with other team members to meet production schedules and deadlines. Perform basic maintenance on tools and equipment as needed. Follow all workplace health and safety procedures. Qualifications and Skills: Previous experience in aluminium window and door fabrication (preferred but not essential training can be provided). Ability to read and understand technical drawings and plans. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Good manual dexterity and physical stamina. Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
