As Customer Service Advisor it is essential you have bodyshop experience preferably with Autoflow experience.Key ResponsibilitiesSystem Management: Use Autoflow (BMS) to manage vehicle progress, job cards, and internal communication.Estimating and Invoicing: Assist with or manage repair estimates and invoicing via Audatex, ensuring accuracy for both customers and insurance providers.Customer Liaison: Act as the first point of contact, providing updates on repair status and handling technical queries professionally.Workflow Coordination: Liaise with vehicle damage assessors and the workshop team to secure repair authorisations and meet deadlines.Administration: Manage courtesy car bookings and process payments, including insurance excesses.
