to join a leading international FMCG operations team, ensuring the availability of products across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Operating across 140+ countries, they’ve built a reputation for rapid growth, innovation, and a commitment to delivering market-leading products.The RoleReporting into the Planning Manager, you’ll be responsible for creating and maintaining robust supply plans, managing finished goods production schedules, and working closely with co-packers to ensure product launches and customer demand are met. This is a role where detail, accuracy, and proactive problem-solving are key.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare, issue, and track supply plans to ensure stock availability across EMEAConfirm purchase orders with co-packers, ensuring accuracy of delivery dates, quantities, and BoMsAnticipate and mitigate risks around stock-outs, delays, and obsolescenceSupport new product launches through effective supply planning and OTIF deliveryManage phase-in/phase-out of SKUs, minimising waste and inventory riskMaintain accurate master data and planning parameters in SAP/APORun supply reviews with co-packers and evaluate performance against KPIsConduct root cause analysis on KPIs such as plan compliance, OOS, and inventory turnsWhat We’re Looking For3+ years’ supply planning experience within FMCG or consumer goodsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detailAdvanced Excel and a solid understanding of MRP principlesAbility to work cross-functionally in an international environmentStrong communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholdersA proactive, resilient, and adaptable approach to challengesWhy Apply??
