Reporting to the Principal Solicitor, you''ll be part of a specialist team that supports some of the borough''s most high-profile and transformative projects. Key ResponsibilitiesProvide expert legal advice and services in planning, development, and highways matters.Draft and negotiate S106 agreements, deeds of variation, highways agreements, and over-sail licences.Deliver advice on Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) issues.Secure affordable housing provision through rent and nominations agreements.Prepare and manage cases for court, public inquiries, and appeal hearings; instruct and liaise with Counsel as required.
