Job Description:About the Role:

As a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor, your primary responsibilities include maintaining financial oversight of multiple packages across various projects. You will monitor, report, and control costs from project award to final account, focusing on projects involving structures and civils.

Requirements:Candidates should have experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor with:

RC frame and groundwork subcontractors in the UK, or

Specialist civil engineering subcontractors within the rail and infrastructure markets in the UK.

Degree qualifications in quantity surveying or commercial management are preferred but not mandatory. Stability of employment is highly valued, and long-term career focus is desired. Employment can be on PAYE or self-employed/limited company basis.

Rewards and Benefits:Salary expectations are between £80,000 and £110,000 annually, payable via PAYE or self-employed/limited company (circa £350-£500 per day). Additional benefits include annual bonuses, travel costs, and a modern office environment with good transport links.
