Job DescriptionPearse Partners has partnered with an international IB looking to expand their TMT MandA team with an Associate hire. The team has strong deal flow and are looking to expand to provide support to deal teams. The ideal candidate will need to have infrastructure modelling experience andminimum 3+ years of MandA deal experience from another IB.Key responsibilities:· Execution of transactions (MandA) across the TMT sectors· Involved in all deal aspects, from origination to completion, including drafting IM''s, preparing pitch presentations, modelling and supporting senior management throughout the MandA process· Providing support to senior bankers in developing and maintaining client relationshipsIdeal Background:· Minimum 3+ years working in an Investment Banking environment within an infrastructure focused sector.· MandA full deal lifecycle experience· Excellent financial modelling and valuation skillset· Excellent verbal and written communication
