This role is crucial in ensuring products meet customer expectations and are produced to the highest standards.Key Responsibilities:CAD Design - 2D and 3D Modelling using SolidWorks/AutoCADNew Product Development - from concept to production, also implementing new processes to improve manufacturing of their products to increase efficiencies.Bill of Materials (BOM) creation and maintenanceManufacturing Process Optimisation - analysing workflows, space utilisation, and efficiencyTechnical Support - troubleshooting production issues and providing hands-on assistanceProcess Improvement - standardising work methods and implementing best practicesProject Management - overseeing design and development projectsCustomer Interaction - sometimes will be required to attend meetings and site visits for product assessmentsCollaboration - working closely with ..... full job details .....
