Key Responsibilities Completing all mechanical and electrical repairs following diagnostic reports Carrying out component replacements, system repairs, and correction of identified faults Performing routine servicing, maintenance inspections, and safety checks Ensuring all repair work aligns with manufacturer guidelines and standards Following detailed job instructions provided by senior or diagnostic technicians Completing job cards, repair documentation, and digital service records Working efficiently to support workshop productivity and turnaround times Assisting with complex repairs when required and supporting junior technicians Maintaining high standards of workshop safety and vehicle compliance Skills and Experience Level 3 qualification in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (NVQ, City and Guilds, or IMI). Proven experience working on HGVs or trailers in a dealership or fleet environment. Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills with attention to quality and safety.
