We are urgently seeking a qualified Nursery manager for a nursery based in Coventry.Monday-Thursday - Either 7:30am to 5pm or 8am to 5:30pm.This nursery is currently looking for the following qualities.Good leadership skills to lead a team such as Babies, toddler and pre-school teams, train and motivate them.Be warm, caring, and confident to be able to build relationship with parentsOrganised to do headcount, funding and invoicing, although very automated.This 4 day week role has a competitive salary and flexible with start and finish times as shown.The Nursery was founded with a passion for early childhood education and a commitment to excellence.
