You will be a fundamental pillar in the overall smooth running of the operation and day to day business, working alongside our franchise owner and an amazing team of care professionals.What you’ll do:Lead and support your team to achieve the best outcomesEnsure compliance with CIW regulations to achieve exceptional CIW inspectionsOversee health and safety for staff and ClientsContinuously improve processes for top-quality care deliveryRecruit and retain high-quality care assistants, ensuring strong training programsManage scheduling to meet client needs and deliver exceptional careHandle quality assurance through spot checks, reviews, and auditsTake part in the on-call rota to ensure 24/7 supportSupport business growth and meet commercial targetsBe willing to attend training, meetings, conferences outside of local area from time to time.Qualifications:NVQ Level 4 or QCF Level 5 in Social Care (or working towards)Strong knowledge of CIW assessment criteriaProven leadership in care managementFull UK/EU driving licence and daily access to a carRight to work full-time in the UK
