As a Maintenance Operative, you''ll play a crucial role in ensuring our accommodation facilities are in tip-top shape. Your responsibilities will include:

• Performing routine maintenance and repairs on facilities and equipment.
• Conducting inspections to identify issues and implement solutions.
• Assisting with the setup and dismantling of furniture and fixtures.
• Responding promptly to maintenance requests from staff and residents.
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

What We''re Looking For:

• Proven experience in a maintenance role or related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well with others.
• A can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work is a plus!
