We are looking for an experienced and confident professional who can manage their workload independently while delivering exceptional patient care. Key Responsibilities: " Dispense lenses to all levels, providing tailored advice to patients. " Conduct pre-screening tests and assist with frame selection. " Teach patients about contact lens usage and care. " Handle reception duties, including booking appointments and managing patient records. " Perform stocktaking and manage cash transactions. " Upsell lenses and educate patients on premium options, particularly Zeiss lenses. " Ensure high standards of customer service and patient satisfaction. Who We''re Looking For: " At least 2 years of experience in an optical practice " Confident in managing their workload and working independently. " Strong interpersonal and sales skills with the ability to upsell effectively. " Proficient in digital focimeter usage and comfortable with both NHS and private patients.
