Decision Scientist

to help shape pricing strategy and drive commercial performance through automation and data-led insight.You’ll work closely with stakeholders across Commercial, Revenue Management, and Data Engineering to develop statistical and machine learning models that optimise pricing decisions and operational efficiency.This is a high-impact role where your work will directly contribute to business growth, margin improvement, and the integration of smarter systems. If you’re technically strong and commercially minded, this could be the perfect next step.What You’ll Be DoingBuild and maintain advanced decision science models, algorithms, and toolsOptimise and automate various systemsTransform complex datasets into clear, actionable insightsPresent findings to commercial and technical stakeholdersSupport the automation of dynamic pricing systemsStay up to date with the latest data science trends and technologiesDocument methodologies for reproducibility and process transparencyProvide technical guidance to junior colleaguesContribute to the broader analytics roadmap and innovation agendaKey Measures of Success:Commercial performance and pricing effectivenessTimely delivery of models and analytical toolsUplift in decision quality and operational efficiencyWhat We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or related fieldStrong proficiency in Python, SQLHands-on experience with statistical analysis and machine learningAble to translate complex data challenges into practical business solutionsStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsKnowledge of revenue management principles in a commercial settingFamiliar with project management processes2+ years of experience applying machine learning or statistical models in a commercial contextUnderstanding of Snowflake, AWS, and Microsoft SharePointExperience in hospitality, travel, or pricing optimisation sectorsIf this role looks of interest, apply hereSeniority level
