Manage a professional caseload, prioritising and delivering high-quality support. Advise on policies including attendance, grievance, capability, disciplinary, recruitment, and change management. Support the preparation and presentation of management cases at hearings. Attend multi-agency strategy meetings and contribute to safeguarding discussions. Participate in job evaluation exercises and grading appeals. Maintain accurate records for service evaluation and continuous improvement. Build strong relationships with stakeholders including managers, schools, trade unions, and partner organisations.
