Vivid Healthcare are looking for an experienced Band 6 RMN to join a busy unit in Taunton.Pay: Up to £40 per hour Position Details: Must have at least 6 months UK experience and ideally hold and up to date mandatory training certificate also the following;Band 6Part Time 3 days per week Monday - Friday12.5 hour shifts Requirements; Substantial experience of working within mental health services in the community, ideally previous experience of working in Crisis/ Home Treatment Teams.Experience of working with acutely unwell patients. Knowledge of medications.Able to deliver short-term crisis interventions to the Team''s client group.Must possess sound holistic assessment, risk assessment and risk management skills.Experience of triaging of referrals to assess and determine client needs and risks.Good communication skills (both written and verbal) in dealing with people at all levels Self Motivated and ''can do'' attitude Able to work as an effective team member and also comfortable with lone working.Honest and reliable.Caring and compassionate.Conscientious.Committed to treating individuals with dignity, respecting beliefs, culture, values and preferences.Able to maintain a high standard of electronic patient records.Able to work collaboratively with colleagues in the team and across the community mental health service.
