People Manager - HR Systems (6 Month FTC)Salary: £45,000Location: Home-based with occasional travel (approx. 2 times per month)Reporting to: Head of HRWe are excited to be recruiting for a newly created People Manager - HR Systems role within a small and collaborative HR team. This is a 6-month fixed-term contract offering the opportunity to lead a key HR transformation project while also contributing to broader HR activity.The primary focus of this role will be to lead the upgrade of the current payroll system into a fully integrated HRIS, supporting key areas such as time and attendance, asset management, employee data, and other core HR processes. This is a fantastic opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys combining hands-on HR generalist work with systems and project delivery.Key Responsibilities• Lead the implementation and upgrade of the current payroll system into a fully scoped HRIS platform• Work with internal stakeholders to scope system requirements across the HR function• Support the integration of modules including time and attendance, asset management, and employee data management• Manage the project timeline, testing, and rollout of the new system• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees during the implementation process• Contribute to ad hoc HR generalist activities as required within the wider HR teamAbout You• An experienced HR Generalist with around 5+ years'' experience in HR, including 1-2 years in a managerial or senior advisory ..... full job details .....
