The successful person will have strong administration experience, a background in facilities / health and safety and someone who is a strong team player.Key responsibilities of the Operations Administrator General administration support for all property related documents Ordering Fixture and fittings for store estates across the UK Ensuring all policies, procedures and risk assessments are update Database and document management for company mobiles and fleet vehicles Develop and maintain relationships with contractors Supporting overall management of store estates, health and Safety and business operationsKey requirements for the Operations Administrator Previous administration experience within a facilities environment Excellent communications skills both written and verbally, at all levels A detail orientated and proactive approach with strong attention to detail Ability to develop and maintain strong internal and external relationships.
