In this role, you will work closely with customers to help them sustain their tenancies, ensuring they understand their rights and responsibilities. You will play a key part in resolving tenancy issues, addressing breaches, and empowering residents to successfully manage their homes and communities.What you''ll be doingDevelop and maintain effective customer relationships, through which the needs and expectations of the customer can be understood and delivered against.Adopt a multi-agency service delivery approach, where required, to enhance the community or improve the lives of individuals. Work with partner agencies, such as police, councillors, local authorities, children services, education, faith denominations, family welfare, primary health care and voluntary groups to ensure positive outcomes are delivered.Use all suitable remedies to resolve tenancy breaches including the issuing of tenancy warnings and notices.
