Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient working environment? Follow HACCP procedures and food safety regulations? Take responsibility for kitchen organisation and stock rotation? Complete kitchen records, including temperature checks and daily logs? Promote positive teamwork and clear communicationRequirements:

? Experience working in gastro pubs or restaurants to a high standard? Skilled in preparing fresh, seasonal food? Professional, disciplined, and detail-focused approach?
