Project Coordinator
We are recruiting for a Project Coordinator on behalf of our valued client. This Project Coordinator opportunity is ideal for an individual who is highly organised, proactive, and able to thrive in a busy, fast-paced project environment. As the appointed Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of projects and ensuring the smooth coordination of activities across the business.About the Role: • Coordinating project activities, timelines and resources across multiple workstreams • Supporting project planning, scheduling and tracking progress against key milestones • Maintaining accurate project documentation, reports and status updates • Acting as a key point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders • Tracking risks, issues and dependencies, escalating where appropriate • Organising meetings, taking minutes and ensuring all actions are followed upAbout You: • Previous experience in a project coordination or similar role • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook) • Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment • High attention to detail with a proactive and solutions-focused approachDesirable: • Experience using project management tools such as MS Project, Asana or Trello • PRINCE2 qualification (or currently working towards)Benefits: • ..... full job details .....
