Manpower are currently seeking an interim Demand Planning Manager to work with our global FMCG client, Elida Beauty, renowned for brands such as TIGI, VO5, Toni andamp; Guy, and Brylcreem, and become an integral part of their fast-paced FMCG environment.
The position is based in Holborn, London. This is a full-time temporary role for 12 Months, with possible extention. requiring 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Compensation for this role is competitive, paying up to £48,000 per annum, pro rata, depending upon experience.
The role currently offers a mix of remote and onsite working, subject to adjustment based on business requirements.

Your Role andamp; Responsibilities
The Demand Planning Manager for UKI will be the lead for all forecasting, Sales andamp; Operations Planning processes and a key influencer for coordinating growth delivery in the market. You will lead discussions and gather the inputs of key business activities over the next 12-18 months and support cross functional alignment towards both tactical and strategic business objectives. This role will report to the SC Lead for UKI and collaborate with Commercial, Finance andamp; Marketing.
Your Key Tasks:
*E2E execution of Demand Plan for UKI in line with business plan andamp; customer JBP.
*Collaborative "bottom up" volume forecasting across base, activity and innovation planning over a 12-18-month horizon. Targeting improved forecast accuracy that supports both high customer service levels and a reduction of finished goods inventory.
*Lead the monthly Sales andamp; Operations Planning process working with key departments to ensure alignment and delivery of the plan.
*Monitor forecast bias andamp; accuracy reporting to deliver agreed service levels.
*Assist the SC Lead UKI with the development, maintenance, and delivery of KPI dashboards and reporting to communicate with the leadership team.
*Responsible for delivering excellent service to all our customers both internal and external.
* Support process hygiene and lead technology transformation where relevant; mainly in the development and continuous improvement of processes and technology transformation of new tools and ERP systems.
