You will be the first line of assistance, addressing a variety of IT challenges, both remotely and onsite. Working hours for this role will be 09 00Duties and Responsibilities include:Proactively manage and resolve technical support tickets, ensuring adherence to SLAs and high levels of customer satisfaction.
