These include offices, hospitals and mixed-use commercial buildings. Thanks to winning new service contracts they need a mobile HVAC and Gas Engineer to join the team. Role overview what you ll do As a HVAC and Gas Engineer, you ll deliver planned and reactive maintenance on: HVAC systems split and VRF A/C, AHUs, chillers, air-handling and ventilation units, FCUs etc Plant-room equipment pumps, valves, calorifiers and pressurisation sets Gas-fired appliances up to 70 kW and domestic boilers/water heaters (CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1 etc.) Safety checks, fault-finding Accurate job reporting via tablet What we re looking for Domestic ACS Gas (minimum CCN1 + appliances) preferable, although they may consider plumbing and develop you!
