Finance Assistant/Payroller 33-35kPermanent - Luton We are seeking an experienced, motivated and focused candidate to join a successful and expanding business based in Luton. The successful candidate will work as an Finance Assistant/Payroller undertaking the below responsibilities:To prepare and submit monthly payroll data to outsourced payroll companyMaintain and update payroll files including any changes or adjustmentsConduct reporting and payroll analysis and perform final checks before approvalReconciling payroll reportsCoordinating with HR regarding any employee changesEnsuring all payroll deadlines are met on a monthly basisReview and process expenses including credit card expenditurePost and reconcile payroll and expense journalsSupport with PAYE, NIC, pension and statutory payment reporting through the relevent providerAssist with year end Payroll processes including P60s and P11dsAssist with month end payroll reconciliationsSupport with finance audits with payroll docsAd hoc support to the wider finance division Required Skills, Abilities and CertificationsAAT or similar qualificationExcellent Excel skillsDetailed orientated and analyticalStrong numerical and analytical skillsExperience with payroll coordination and processExperience working with an outsourced payroll providerBe a good team player, but also able to work well individuallyProccess driven and well organisedExperience with ExpenseIn, Payescape, SAP or similar systemsThis is an excellent opportunity for ..... full job details .....
