This is an opportunity to join a team that supports managers and employees across the organisation, helping us create a positive, fair and consistent experience for our people. What will you be doing? Employee Relations casework will be your primary focus. You''ll manage your own portfolio of cases and provide trusted advice and support to managers throughout the process. Your caseload will include matters such as: Disciplinary and grievance cases Capability and performance matters Probation Attendance and sickness absence Flexible working and family-friendly matters Informal workplace concerns You''ll work closely with managers to help them understand policy, procedure and potential risk, ensuring cases are managed consistently, appropriately and in line with employment legislation and our organisational values. You''ll also prepare case documentation, maintain accurate records and ensure more complex or high-risk matters are escalated appropriately. But this role is about more than casework.
