The Role

As a-Nursery Room Leader, you will play-a key role-in the day-to-day running-of your-allocated-room, ensuring the-highest standards of-care, learning and-development are maintained.

You''ll lead by-example, support and-mentor colleagues, and-create a nurturing-environment where children-feel happy, safe-and inspired to-reach their full-potential.

What-We''re Looking-For

NVQ Level 3-in Childcare (or-an-equivalent recognised qualification)

Experience working within-an Early Years-setting

Strong knowledge of-child-development and the-EYFS

A passion for-delivering outstanding-care and learning-experiences

Excellent-leadership, communication-and organisational skills

A commitment to-safeguarding and promoting-the welfare of-children
