We are looking for a Junior Sous / Chef de Partie to work with us at The Fox, Broadwell.Broadwell is 25 minutes from Evesham, 5 minutes from Stow and 5 minutes from Moreton.We are looking for a Junior Sous / Chef de Partie to support Max our head chef who we have worked with for the last two years and who understands our concept and style of food as well as the rest of the team obviously! Someone who is keen to get stuck into anything and work well in a small family style team. Good classic nose to tail, classic British pub style food, plenty of game and offal and very little ''mucking around'' ! Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies. Ensure that food is prepared in a timely manner. Follow proper food handling and safety procedures. Maintain a clean and organised work area. Assist with the cleaning, sanitation, and maintenance of kitchen equipment and utensils. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operation.
