Business Development Specialist Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Business Development Specialist to join a specialist chemical manufacturer who are based on the outskirts of Winchester. Our client is looking for an enthusiastic candidate with a passion for researching. Responsibilities as a Business Development Specialist:Ensure incoming leads are being captured, assigned and responded to by the sales teamMaintain accurate and up to date records in the CRM SystemCapitalise on sample and application success by generating additional prospects in similar organisationsConduct market research, targeting companies in niche marketsAssisting with exhibitions and events across the UK and Europe (organising and attending)Ensure leads collected at shows are promptly uploaded to the CRMProvide backup support to the sales teamPrepare basic quotation, sample processing and account support Working closely with the customer service team and sales engineers Requirements for this position:A minimum of 2 years relevant experienceProven experience with CRM systems and Business developmentA minimum of 3 A LevelsExcellent IT and organisational skills, effective communicator Full UK Driving licence and access to own vehicleAdditional language is an advantageConfident researcher with ability to identify relevant contacts and market segments The Business Development Specialist Role:Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5pmSalary discussed at application25 days holiday, plus bank holidaysPrivate medical ..... full job details .....
