The Role
As an English Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will be working closely with the English Department to provide essential support for Key Stage 3 and 4 students. You will be working with both academically gifted students, and students who require additional support with English Literature and English Language, helping them to achieve their full potential.  Your responsibilities will include delivering 1-2-1 interventions, providing classroom-based support for English Teachers, and working with small groups of  students, helping them to discover a love for all things English Language and Literature.
