Principal ResponsibilitiesTo provide the highest standard of care and support that meets each client’s daily needs and ensures they are comfortable at all times.

Care assistants must become familiar with each client’s care plan, learn about their personalities and understand how to achieve the expected outcomes as well as liaising with key family members and work colleagues.

Daily tasks will include personal care, medication, companionship, light meal preparation.

What we are looking for:

Compassionate, kind and trustworthy individuals, able to demonstrate punctuality and reliability and who are willing to learn the principles of care.

Ability to react quickly to changing priorities and be able to cummiccate strongly in the English language.

Also for this role must be those who hold a UK driving license with access to your own vehicle.
