Accounts Assistant.

Our client works within the beauty sector and due to growth they are looking to recruit a Accounts Assistant to help support the day to day accounting activities. Working within a very sociable team there are excellent opportunities for growth and increased responsibilities.

This is a full time Monday to Friday role and is fully office based.

Key tasks:

• Raising sales invoices
• Post & review supplier invoices
• Reconcile supplier statements
• Allocate payments
• Bank reconciliations
• Prepare weekly payment runs
• Credit control
• Assist with month and year end

Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

• At least 1 years’ experience within an accounts / finance department
• Ideally AAT qualified or similar
• Previous experience with an accounting system and MS office
• Numerical with strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Have an interest in the beauty / fashion industry
