Quality ManagerSalary: £50,000 to £65,000 p.a. depending on experienceLocation: Southend-on-SeaHours: 37 hrs/wk (Monday to Thursday, Fridays off!) An established Aerospace Precision Engineering manufacturer seeks an experienced Quality Manager to lead their Quality and Inspection department with full operational autonomy and leadership responsibility. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain the AS9100 QMSLead and mentor the Inspection teamCreate/approve FAIR/LAIR documentation using VisualFAIRConduct internal/external AS9100 auditsAct as Approved Signatory for product releaseOversee calibration and qualification processesDrive zero-defect/continuous improvement initiatives and serve as primary contact for customer quality matters.
