Key Responsibilities: Chase overdue retailer debts via phone, email, and letter. Manage aged debt and maintain DSO days. Handle account openings, credit checks, and ledger postings. Maintain accurate customer records and resolve outstanding queries. Build strong relationships with key clients. Requirements: B2B and B2C credit control experience.
